Goals

  1. Can I do two goals at the same time?

A: Goals take time and focus. It is advised you work on one goal at a time. The app currently only supports this function.

  1. How long does it take to complete a goal?

A: This depends on you. The goal has many facets – including, skills, milestones and barriers. You are at liberty to work at your own pace and rework anything that you are not happy with. A goal will typically take you 2 months but remember you are on your own timeline.

  1. Can I pick a goal that is not recommended?

A: The goals are recommended basis your aspirations. But you are at complete liberty to work on what you deem fit.

  1. How are my goals recommended?

A: Goals are calibrated basis your answers in the aspirations section. The aspirations are mapped to different goals to tailor make a list for you.

  1. What is a weekly check-in?

A: This is a feature that helps you stay accountable to your goal. There is a weekly check-in available for the goal you are working on to take stock of the situation and move forward. This automatically gets enabled 7 days after the main goal conversation is completed.

  1. Can I change my goal if I lose interest in it?

A: It is recommended that you stay with a goal that you’ve picked for yourself before giving up. But if, for any reason, you want to change your goal, you can do so by going through the weekly check-in conversation.

  1. Who can see my progress or read my conversations?

A: You are allowed to share your progress with anyone you wish to. No one can track your progress or read your conversations. They are private to you. But, do note that there will be anonymized data presented to the organization without any personal identifiers.

  1. How does the goal conversation work?

A: The goal conversation is based on the coaching model, ‘GROW’. It helps you narrow your scope and figure out actionable points.

  1. How long is the goal conversation?

A: There are 16 steps in the goal conversation.

  1. How many times do I have to go through this conversation?

A: This conversation will be presented to you once per goal.

 

 

Milestones

  1. What is a milestone?

A: A milestone is a smaller objective that helps you break down your road map to your goal.

  1. How do I change my milestone?

A: Once you finish your goal conversation, you will move onto your progress conversation. Milestones are a part of this conversation. You have the choice to refresh or change your milestone.

  1. How long does it take to complete a milestone?

A: This depends on you. Each goal has 3 milestones associated with it. You can work and refresh them any number of times.

  1. How many milestones can I work on in one day?

A: You are allowed to work on one milestone per day.

  1. Can I do two milestones at once?

A: Milestones are the markers on your road map that need time and focus. Currently, the app supports working on only one milestone at any given point in time.

 

Skills

  1. What is a skill?

A: A skill is a part of the goal that is broken down into learnable modules.

  1. How do I change my skills?

A: Once you finish the goal conversation, you can move onto the progress conversation and refresh or change your skill – any number of times.

  1. What is a sub-skill?

A: A skill is divided into sub-skills to make the learning byte sized.

  1. Can I change my sub-skill?

A: Once you finish the goal conversation, you can move onto the progress conversation and refresh or change your sub-skill – any number of times.

  1. How long do I need to work on a sub-skill?

A: That depends on you. You are allowed to rework a sub-skill any number of times.

  1. How many times can I look at the content for a particular skill or a sub-skill?

A: The content of a skill or a sub-skill are available to you as long as the goal is active. In this period, you are look at the content any number of times.

 

Barriers

  1. What is a barrier?

A: A barrier is a road block on your path towards your goal. It is any difficulty you might experience while trying to achieve a particular goal.

  1. Can I change my barriers?

A: Yes, you can.

  1. How long does it take to overcome a barrier?

A: That depends on you. You can rework on it any number of times.

  1. How many barriers can I work on in one day?

A: The app currently supports working on one barrier at any given point in time.

 

Others

  1. Who has access to my profile data?

A: Your personal data is private and completely secure. Only anonymized data will be presented to your organization – which will not have any personal identifiers.

  1. Is my information private? And safe?

A: Your personal data is private and completely secure.

  1. Do you store any of my data?

A: Parts of your conversation are stored to train our AI.

  1. What is my data used for?

A: Parts of your conversation are stored to train our AI.

  1. What does anonymized data mean?

A: Anonymized data means data that is collected without any personal identifiers. For example, your organization can see that 15 goals out of 30 are active but they cannot know who is chasing those goals.
